At home in Canada or abroad: tell us about yourself once, and we find programs that fit, prepare your applications and see you through to your first day.
Six countries. One application process.
Students from all over the world study in these countries. Wherever you want to go, you fill in one profile and we apply for you through the same platform.

What this means for you
-
One profile, many schools
Your details and documents go in once and are reused for every application.
-
Follow it yourself
Once you have signed up with us, we can invite you to our partners’ student portal, so you can see each application and its decision as well as us.
-
A person, not a portal
We choose the programs with you, check every document and answer your questions in your language.
How it works.
Four steps, and you are part of every decision.
-
Tell us about you
One form, about ten minutes: who you are, your studies so far, your English test if you have one, and what you want next.
-
Choose your programs
We come back with programs that fit, in the countries you picked, and talk them through with you.
-
We apply for you
We prepare and submit each application: through the province’s or the school’s own system in Canada, or our partners’ platform for the other countries.
-
Offer to first day
We follow every application to a decision, then help with your deposit, your visa steps and your arrival.
Guidance for every kind of student.
We focus on each student’s goals, qualifications and circumstances, not on simply placing an application.
Costs, housing and safety-
Students applying from abroad
From your first question to your offer letter and your first week, wherever you are applying from.
-
Students already in Canada
Citizens, permanent residents, newcomers and international students looking for their next program, at home or abroad.
-
Families
Clear information in English, Arabic or French, so the whole family can decide with confidence.
What we do for you.
Professional, friendly and transparent help from the first question to your first day.
-
Program matching
Programs compared on your marks, your goals, your budget and the country you want, with the requirements spelled out.
-
Your application, done with you
We prepare your applications, check your documents and submit them: through the province’s or the school’s own system in Canada, or our partners’ platform for the other countries.
-
Offers and next steps
We follow up with the schools, explain each offer and what it asks of you, and help you choose.
-
Funding guidance
What is affordable, plus scholarships, bursaries and, for students in Canada, government aid such as Canada Student Grants and Loans and OSAP. Funding is never guaranteed.
-
Pre-departure guidance
Practical preparation before you travel: housing, what to pack and your first-week tasks. Not immigration advice.
-
Arrival in Canada
Optional, paid
Optional paid services when you land in Canada: an airport meet-and-greet, a ride, settlement help and a local orientation.
For colleges and universities
Student-first recruitment, through our partner platform or directly.
We help colleges and universities reach students in Canada, the Gulf and the wider Middle East, with honest advice, complete applications and regular reporting.
- Ethical, student-first recruitment
- Complete, checked applications
- English, Arabic and French
- A focus on Arabic-speaking students
- Through our partner platform, or directly
- Working inside your procedures
Family-founded. Professionally focused.
StudyDoor was built on a simple principle: students deserve honest guidance, and institutions deserve responsible recruitment partners.
Our mission
Help students make informed education decisions, and support them through a clear, ethical and well-organized journey to enrolment.
Our approach
We recommend what genuinely suits the student, and explain the alternatives honestly when a preferred path is not realistic.
Our reach
Based in Ontario, working with students wherever they are, and applying to schools in six countries through our partners.
- Honest Realistic advice, even when the answer is not the one you hoped for.
- Transparent Every step explained, including who pays us and how.
- Supportive A real person to talk to, from the first question to your first day.
- Student-first We recommend what suits you, not what is easiest to place.
Questions we hear often.
- Who can you help?
- Students applying from abroad, students already in Canada (citizens, permanent residents, newcomers and international students), and the families supporting them.
- Do you help students who already live in Canada?
- Yes. Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons and newcomers apply as domestic students. We help you choose a program, apply through your province’s application centre or the school, and look into student aid such as Canada Student Grants and Loans and OSAP.
- What does it cost?
- Schools set their own application fees, and you pay those directly. Optional arrival services in Canada are paid, and we confirm the price in writing before you book. Ask us about any other fees before you start; nothing is charged without your agreement.
- Who are your partners?
- We apply through one of the largest international student recruitment platforms, which works with more than 1,500 institutions in several countries, so one profile can reach many schools. Once you have signed up with us, we tell you which platform it is and set up your profile there, linked to us, so we can help at every step. We do not speak for our partners or for the schools.
- How are you paid?
- When a student we refer enrols, the school pays a commission, and part of it comes to us through our partners. We tell every student this up front, and it never decides which program we recommend.
- Do you guarantee admission or a visa?
- No. Admission, scholarships, funding and visas are decided by the school or the government. We help you put forward the strongest application you can and explain realistic options.
- Do you help with study permits or visas?
- StudyDoor does not give immigration or visa advice. For a study permit or a student visa, speak with a licensed professional or the official government service of the country you are going to. In Canada, that is a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, a Canadian lawyer, or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
- What languages do you work in?
- English, Arabic and French.
